Resource?

I have been wet shaving for well over 20 years, but recently decided to get away from multi-blades. I'm glad I discovered B&B. Let the spending begin!

I found a Solingen/Fontana 1 4/8 at an antique store yesterday for $75 unused, original packaging, etc. I tried to do some research yesterday on the web and didn't really find much. From what I gather, Solingen acquired Fontana in the 70's, if I understood correctly. (I was reading while dealing with work issues.)

Anyway, the reason of this post-is there a good resource to research values for safety razors, straight razors, etc.?

For safety razors your best guide is watching auctions on ebay and monitoring the b/s/t forum here on B&B.
