traveling with razors-carry on luggage only-possible?

I recently had to travel from Los Angeles to San Francisco. I didn't check baggage and didnt think it prudent carrying razors in my carry on bag.
Is there a way to travel with carry on baggage and razors?

I couldn't figure out a way so I suffered through a Mach3 shave.
Would love to know for next time...

No razor blades allowed in carryon that are not of the "embedded in plastic, cartridge type" blades.
Fusion, Mach3, Sensor, Atra, TracII, Venus, Daisy etc = ok
Double edge, single edge, injector etc = not ok.

You have at least 3 options
1. Buy blades at your destination
2. Post blades ahead of you to your destination (accommodation)
3. Check baggage.

I've taken my injector on a few trips without any problems. I put it in the bag with my liquids so they can take a closer look without digging through everything.

You can take the razor, but not any blades, either in the razor or as spares.
The TSA is wising up on razors due to the resurgence of wetshaving.
