Dopp Kit - Travel Toiletry Kit Recommendations

Any recommendations on a high quality Dopp Kit or Travel Toiletry Kit? I'm looking for one that will last and is classic.

Go to Neniman Marcus Last Call website they have a Neiman Marcus Dopp Kit that was $116.00 and is now $40.00 with Free Shipping with the Code: FSANN3

In instances like this, a link would be helpful. I'm trying to look for it and I can't find it.

EDIT: Found it.

If you want a heirloom quality dopp kit, I'd recommend the Ghurka Holdall. Quite $$$, but of the highest quality.

I have a Hagloffs <sp> I picked up on one of my visits to Afghanistan. 6 years with a lot of travel and it still looks new. Black, padded nylon, and big (to fit that large bottle of Bay Rum).

Personally, if I were going to get a Dopp Kit, I'd want one in leather with the DOPP brand name ... but they are very hard to find. I think DOPP was bought out by Buxton, and most of the ones I have seen under the DOPP label are now made of vinyl.

Currently, I'm using a Coronado brand that I have hanging in my locker at work. It has lots of pockets, is pretty sturdy and has a heavy cloth exterior. Only reason I went with this is because I got it at a clearance price.

A company called Flying Circle Bags makes some nice kits for the US Military. You can get them in patterns that match the uniforms, with or without service branch monograms, and also plain colors as long as you like OliveDrab or Black.

I have, and love, having finally found the perfect bag (for me), the Tumi Alpha Travel Kit 22190. I'm going to add it to the thread referenced earlier :D
