It's not really a new product. I think it's been out for about 3-4 years, it just doesn't experience wide spread distribution through the normal channels (walmart, walgreens, grocery stores, ect.). The product is basically a joke, and a piece of crap. I think there was a thread on it, and the reviews were all negative.
