I am thinking about starting a section in the shopping forum (like a seperate forum within shopping) called the "The Eye on Ebay" where I/WE list wetshaving related ebay auctions, and provide approximate values so as to keep our members abreast of the hottest deals, and make sure they don't overbid!

That would be an interesting forum to watch. Generally, I just check with QED or Classic. This can be had new for $39, plus you can order a lot more swag!

Having a thread with the latest appropriate values for items such as razors would be a plus to us just getting started with RAD. This is especially true with old razors as we cannot just look at what they cost new. We already have the Gillette razor sample, but it would be nice if the values could be listed.

I would guard against not pointing out specific auctions as that would take away the opportunity to snag some deals.

Joel, unfortunately with the recent run on razors they are not always great deals. Nevertheless, I would check it out.
