600 posts on a forum, is not anywhere near the busiest on the web. It would not even put it on the top 500. But still great to see the site rolling.

I agree. A few forums I go to, I can come back within an hour and the first page will be all new posts! Of course, there's a lot of crap to weed through there too.

Either way, congrats to one of the best forums on the web!

There are around around 1000 message boards that all get much more action than this one.

Sure, they beat us in post-count just like Gillette beats Mastro Livi in sales ... but where's the quality ... ??
Be there or be square. Only I can do both!
I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

There are thousands more message boards that generate less traffic than this place. They don't count either.

Not really fair, because first off as a wet-shaving board nearly all of members are men, (not many teens either because they don't shave regularly) and very have only a few women, though we do have the lovely Sue who started this thread. Also being a very specific traditional wet-shaving forum our membership will be limited by that. It's an old world tradition that to be pragmatic only a few in society will continue to carry out. IMO it was bad form to point out all these facts in this thread. This forum is small in some regards and obviously limited, but nevertheless an OUTSTANDING forum.

Thanks once again to Nick and Joel and all the mods, past and present, for all your hard work.

Then why come out and call this board "one of the biggest". Autopia is all men, and they are huge. So is Mens fashion. Just pointing out as you call them "facts". Rather than remarks that just arent true.

I never disputed what you said wasn't true, I just found it rude considering the circumstance.
