    Default Just In From BRW

Ever since my bad Joris experience, I have been jonesing for a nice wood handled razor, so enter Bob's Razor Works with yet another piece of usable art in Amboyna Burl. The one thing I wanted different for this razor was the head, since I already have BRW handles with long and short comb NEW heads (and I kind of wanted something "one of"). A De Luxe head would have been my first choice, but they are a little hard to come by, so I went with a New Improved head and I couldn't be happier!

A hundred times the quality for a little over a third of the cost of the Joris.

That's nice. Is the handle pretty heavy or is it light?

Although I don't own one, I just look at the pictures with starry eyes.
    Is this your homework, Larry?

The handle alone weighs 1.4 ounces, and the entire razor weighs 2.7 ounces.
