I spend every year some time in the Seattle area and noticed that the supermarket of my choice there now carries an improved selection of shaving soaps and creams (in the herbal, bulk soaps section).
On this trip I found:
Omega shaving soap
Omega shaving cream
Cella shaving soap (in the orange tub)
and - a real surprise - Valobra shaving sticks
There are also other products available, but the above selection reflects the brands that I like.
I found these in the Central Market in Shoreline (Seattle North); the Central Market in Mill's Creek has a more limited selection and I can't speak for any other Central Market locations.
I have no affiliation with Central Market, but thought I mention this and hope that - if Central Market should find sufficient demand for these - they may continue to stock these soaps and creams.
Prices were around $8.99, not as cheap as in Italy, but reasonable enough when compared with the Internet.
