Who gave me my custom title?

I really didn't notice until a few days ago I have a title of "Howdy Sailor".

Just wondering who gave me this title and why?

David, I believe questioning the reasoning of the Mods is somewhat like trying to teach a pig to sing; it's a waste of your time and just makes the pig angry.

I'm a little confused.

I was under the impression you got title changes do to your number of posts as I saw in the B&B wiki.

When I saw my title I asked myself the questions who did it and why?

That's all.

And no I done think it is a waste of my time.

So a or moderator(s)" to a forum has the tool to change my title at his discretion.
