They definitely smell the same. I can't say for certain that the concentration is different, although I feel like the spray cologne is a little stronger. That could also be due to the atomizer, which opens up the fragrance more than the splash.

Received a bottle of Jovan Sex Appeal Cologne spray in the mail today and I honestly forgot how good this one smelled, must be about 40 years since I last tried it. The fragrance appears to be much higher quality than the $8 I paid for the 3 oz bottle, a pleasant surprise for sure. Musk will be next on my list to try...
