Thanks Mark! But you've certainly found your share of vintage beauties also.

Well we would all love to see the most rare of rarities -- that cased Monobloc you recently mentioned Mark.

The best way to clean any silver plated razor such as that Single Ring is the Baking Soda and Aluminium method as shown in this thread.

I was thinking the same thing. In fact, that's what I thought he was talking about, not the TTO next to it.

It's lost about 15 hairs during it's initial lathering/cleaning. But if it works as good as it looks, I'll be very happy (also received Racquets today).

Here's my score for the day at a thrift store about 20 mins away from me. I have not decided if I am going to Keep, Sell/Trade, or PIF the scuttle yet. The little black bowl is a mystery device to me but looks to be the right form factor for some soap.

I was thinking a dip of some kind and salsa sounds about right. It was only 50cents for the little bowl, I'm working on finding how popular the scuttle is. The painting on it is from a building in Yorkshire and appears to be quite popular since it is also on plates etc.

Yesterday and today I got a 1912 GEM SE, a Gem Micromatic in the case with some old blades, a 1959 Red Tip, another Old Spice Shave mug, and a gold Gillette Tech in the case.
