If you haven't tried these soaps/balms/splashes yet you NEED to. Claude Pilon makes badass stuff and the scents are so incredibly refined.

ACK!!! Thanks Jon, you may have a funny voice on the radio August 1, LOL

Beautiful! Does yours say Sheffield on it anywhere?

I wonder if these older Sheffield Silver Steel blades are actually made from Faraday's experimental steel which did literally contain silver?

It does not, from what research I was able to find it seems to be from around 1865 but most of the other info is sketchy at best, but that is an interesting notion

Dear Larry I know it will turn up. The charm having a short list of specific razors in good condition to look for is that sooner or later they do turn up. It'll take a very long time before I forget the joy I felt when I finally got my Puma 52.

Thank you, and yes they might be.

Thank you Nate, you're always so kind.

Thank you Very much Arne, as are you my Dear Friend.:001_smile

The "Liberace" (My name for it, if you don't know who Liberace was check it out and the naming will make sense). I can't find any flaws at all in this hefty TI razor. Even the scent from the boxwood scales is great. Of course that's only my opinion.
