Agreed, thanks for pointing that out. They're both Morris imps, fyi, so I would have assumed they would be the same.
Larry, they're both super nice! Perhaps they're from different years or they had different people making scales or something?
Thanks, I'm sitting here wondering. I guess I'll have to add this to the list of life's mysteries....
I've decided to get serious about straights ... for now, they're getting the first (and perhaps second) pass, finishing up back in my comfort zone until I am fully confident in going to whole hog. Yes, I've done so previously, pressing the envelope with some bravado but it's always ended up in blood.
Both this and the Heljestrand you honed for me are really starting to mellow with use and stropping. Cheers!
