Thanks Rick! Without a doubt, that Bismarck (DOVO) is my nicest straight razor to shave with. I highly recommend this particular razor. FWIW I bought mine from Jarrod. Last I checked he sold all of his remaining stock...and it's a discontinued razor. Classic Shaving still might have some. But this razor from Dovo http://www.thesuperiorshave.com/Dovo_Straights_Pages/dovo_1226850_razor.html Jarrod carries...the blade is identical, except for the imprint on the tang and no gold wash, which would make it easier to care for...And I think for the money ($140 each), they'd make a nice cased (pair) set. Admittedly, I don't shave with this razor often, so it's a treat for me when I use it. For one reason or another, I've been enjoying picking up used vintage razors off the 'bay'...cleaning them up, honing and shaving with them. Doing this has helped further my honing skills
