Atra or Sensor?

Which is the superior cartridge razor; the Atra or the Sensor? I'm thinking of picking up the Parker Atra handle and Personna cartridge set from Shave Nation. I've already got a Sensor handle but I've never tried the Atra. I did try the TracII blades with the metal Bump Fighter handle but they really gave me bad razor burn in my mustache area.

What do you gents think?

My vote would go to the Atra as well. Probably marginally though, I think the Trac II, Atra, and Sensor are just about equals.

I prefer the Sensor over the Atra. Not for cost obviously, but simply for the quality of the shave. It just seems to work better for me.

I have an Atra handle still. Tossed the Sensor years ago.

The sensor. I still like using the sensor as much as a DE.

I had better luck with the ATRA when I was messing around with carts.

The Atra was my razor for more than twenty years, before going back to DEs, and I could still live with it if I had to (but I don't have to). I tried the Sensor briefly out of curiosity last year, and thought the shave was as good as the Atra, but the Sensor handle seemed flimsier than my 1980s Atra handles. Don't know anything about this Parker Atra handle you mention, though.

I really wouldn't expect a whole new shaving experience.

The Atra was a very good razor, but the Sensor is superior because of the self-adjusting blades.

Been shaving with my Sensor for the last week or so and I just bought an Atra handle which will hopefully arrive next week. Why not have both?
