Big Ben Super Platinums

This morning, I tried the Big Ben Super Platinum that was included in my sample pack. I really enjoyed the shave I got with this blade. The other interesting thing I noticed was the auditory sensation while shaving. This blade was one of the "louder" blades I've used. The blade was sharp but not aggressive. I got a little tug in my trouble spots, but that happens with most blades I use, so it's not a big deal.

The resulting shave was a close-to-BBS finish. The big telling point will be the second shave, tomorrow, which will give me a better clue as to the quality of the blade.

In my online search, I noted that Big Bens are not commonly found on the usual sites. Amazon had one or two available packages (50 and 100), and even on eBay, the only Big Ben vendors was in the UK.

I wondered if anyone else has used the blades and what your experience might have been.

I had no luck with them.

I liked the Big Ben blades, to me they were similar to the shark super stainless. I found them plenty sharp, got the job done quick and easy without any irritation or blood loss.

I also liked the Big Bens. I think thay we're made for a solid shave
That's not bad considered the cost and the performance.
