Who will pick Terrell Pryor?

Who's going to draft this guy?

He's probably going to be the only player of note in Monday's NFL Supplemental Draft and I've heard that the Bills, Raiders, Dolphins, and Bengals have interest.

Given his checkered past, lack of actual quarterbacking skills (an abysmal completion rate at the college level), and raw talent, it seems as though Al Davis and the Raiders are probably salivating at the opportunity to draft him. He's high risk and high reward in a way similar to Michael Vick and Jamarcus Russell.

So where do you think Pryor will end up?

I have no idea how the draft order works in the supplemental. So I'm guessing the first team that needs a qb that gets a shot at him.

Someone with more money than brains will take him. Sorry, but I have no love for Ohio State.

According to what I saw today on ESPN, the draft order is decided through a random lottery. If I had the chance to take him I would--and then promptly trade him for a pick in a future draft.
