Looks like a short handle Super Adjustable. I have one of these and they are excellent razors.

Be careful if you buy it..."Even comes with blade, although may be a little blunt after all these years." He probably left it in the razor lol. But yeah looks like a super adjustable to me...Maybe email the seller and see what the date code is or if he has better pics?

From what I can tell from the picture, it looks like a super adjustable. I would get more information from the seller. They are excellent shavers...I used one of mine this morning.

Definitely a super adjustable, If the guy provides a decent picture of the inside, by all means get it, you will not regret it as it does provide an excellent shave.
