  1. Default Pashana A/S and Hair Lotions

I'm interested in trying some of the Pashana products and would like any feedback on the A/S, as well as any of their range of hair lotions.

I know there are a few comments scattered here and there, but am specifically interested in the scent of the A/S (patchouli, sandalwood, cedar, etc.), as well as whether anyone has used the hair lotion with glycerine as an A/S.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks gents.

I use the Pashana Original Hair Lotion every morning after my shower after towel drying my hair. It makes my hair feel and look nice. If my hair gets longer, I may add a little Kiehl's styling gel for some extra hold. I really like the fragrance. Although you smell the notes, it is somewhat fleeting after application. I may have to purchase some of the aftershave as well Taz is a connoisseur of the Pashana line.

    Taz, paging Taz...

Seriously, I'm interested in what you have to say about these products.

I have Eau de Cologne, Blue Orchid and Pashana original hair lotions. They smell great but add little hold. It works well for short hair. The scent last on my hair all day. I use an atomizer to spray it directly to my hair. It wastes very little.

Not to threadjack, but if my standard is, say, Clubman Hard to Hold (the blue stuff in the green jar), hair tonics probably don't have enough hold to them?

That is true unless you buy Pashana with Oil.

How would you describe the various scents?

    Default Pashana

I have the aftershave & the In the Mood-Eau de cologne. The EDC is a nice light fragrance, but I'm afraid it's starting to lose its staying power(I've had it for a couple of years) I use it as a body splash. I like the aftershave. It has a nice robust spicy scent. I compliment it with Aramis JHL cologne, and even at times Tabu-though it is considred a woman's cologne it has a strong spicy masculine scent & a big 8 oz. bottle costs less than $10 at Walgreens and it smells alot like Pashana aftershave. Unfortunately, there is no Pashana cologne to complimemt the aftershave. I did read on one website-can't remember- that the hair tonics may be used as a body splash and even added to shave water.

I use the original hair tonic. I like the scent, but it doesn't really 'hold' , I use a little gel for the 'hold'. Charles at QED has recommended using the tonic as a light splash. I like the scent through the day and the conditioning effect it has on my hair. I use the tonic instead of conditioner; another Charles recomendation (He uses his products and will never oversell a man; one of the truly knowledgeable vendors).
