    Default Dirty Bird Scuttle Video

    http://youtu.be/DwvotVFIo3c

Here's the video that I know I've been eagerly waiting to see: the DB shaving scuttle video! Awesomely made video, shows Julie making a scuttle from start to finish (nearly finished, ready for drying and subsequently the glazing/firing process). Check it out!

That was truly awesome. I sat here with my fist under my chin, and my face about 1 ft from the monitor.

makes me want to pull the trigger on getting one. I already have a different scuttle on its way, but I shave in two places, so I need two scuttles, right?

@Insaniac - every good actor needs an understudy. Get a DB of different size to what you have coming and you can write a review/comparison article. I'm not 100% sure if/how often Julie posts here, but I'd say she appreciates all the great reviews she gets here.

i am so impressed, i am posting once again with special congrats to julie! it really makes one rethink life altogether. this is real talent and creation of wealth, not some wall street banker hiring a math wizz and programmers to play the "investment" casino.

    .....

    I bought one.....

So in a month's time I'll be comparing a Scuttle from Larry with a rather unique design and the famous Dirty Bird....

What size was that she made? Did I miss where it said it?

i'd say you need at least 3, perhaps 4 to make the right sort of comparisons for what suits you best.

Maybe someday, but I think having two on their way before I have even used a real scuttle is enough for a poor college student....

Now that is what I call handmade. It does look easy, but only when the maker has years of experience. Try pulling a handle like that. Nice video.
