First post on B&B. I am a long time DE shaver (50 plus years) and although I experimented a bit years back, have pretty much stuck to the same routine for many years. Specifically, I've been using Gillette Super Stainless blades (Russian and South American, I think) for what seems like forever and now can't find them. The only blades that seem to be readily available locally are Wilkinson Classics that don't work for me. I have a full, closely cropped beard and now that I am retired, only shave around the edges once or twice a week. I am so used the touch of the Gillette blades that I would like to find something similar so that I don't have retrain myself (old dogs, new tricks, etc.) Would appreciate any suggestions and also suggestions as to where the Gillettes might be obtained. Thanks.

One of my favorite blades is the Gillette 7 o'clock sharp edge (in the yellow pack in the link below). The link is to a B&B vendor who I highly recommend.

A sample pack from West Coast Shaving would be good, for a few bucks you can try a dozen or so different brands and find the one that works best for you.
Welcome to B&B. The Gillette 7 o'clock in the yellow pack is a good blade.
