Cooking with dog

Hi, no I'm not going to talk about cooking dog meat in this thread

I randomly discovered this YouTube channel from a user named cookingwithdog which host a lots of small cooking show about Japanese cooking with sometime Chinese influences.

It is in my opinion excellent. The methods, skills and recipes pushed me out of my chair in their quality and removed a large fog of mystery about Japanese cuisine.

The quality of the filming is much better than the ordinary YouTube videos. I would not be surprised to learn that it was filmed to be on TV over there.
I also noticed that in some videos, the cook use some very nice japanese carbon steel knives and clever, and does demonstrate some knife skills :)

Take the time to watch a few videos, I'm sure alot of you guys will enjoy it

Thanks for sharing the link. I watched the episode and it looked pretty good. The dog sitting on the stool was a little strange at first.

Good to see it wasn't a "dog meat" thread. My English Bull Terrier (see avatar pic) has taken a liking to eating the lemongrass I've got growing in a tub. I was a little concerned at first as I wasn't sure it was safe for dogs. So Googled including the words "dog" and "lemongrass" and ended up with dog recipes - not the response I was looking for. Our vet thought our Google search results were funny and reckons she's fine with it. When Poppy needs to grass up, lemongrass is is her first preference.
