Customer service class

I recently attended a customer service class (it was "highly encouraged" by my boss). Normally I would hate this type of class, but I just got a Parker 51 and there were lots of notes to take and exercises to complete in the workbook. I kind of had a great time using my pen all day. I'm sort of glad I went, now.
