Pashana no more

If your a fan of Pashana as splash, you'd better stock up. Phil at Bullgoose has said that it is no longer imported to the U.S. I don't use it myself but just passing along what I've heard.

Has anyone an explanation as to why there seems to be some kind of copyright (?) problems that require U S vendors to no longer sell Pashana and Blackbeard's Revenge?

Hi chaps. I just got a response from Phil today in the vendor forum essentially saying the same thing. It is all a bit puzzling to me. Some corporate/business/trademark dispute I suppose but I don't think our vendors actually know. As I said to him, I love our Brit toiletries but man, the business model and communications is sometimes awful. I do know that even as Pashana was bought out a couple of years ago if you tried to order anything from their website, it would tell you it was unavailable for purchase or shipment to the States. So this has been buggering things for awhile.
