Secondo me (oppure "second me") it makes perfect sense - Valobra, Cella, Acca Kappa, Proraso, Acqua di Parma, Santa Maria Novella... someone has to explain to the newbies how to pronounce them.
I for one am just glad I can place my orders online, John and Phil save me the embarrassment of having to ask for them over the counter!!!
