    Default New Monthly Feedback Contest

    We get a lot of feedback from customers, but we're looking for more. Your feedback helps make us better. We're starting a new feedback contest via email and will be giving out $25 gift certificates to two random winners each month. Here are the rules:



    Of course, we love public feedback as well, through short product reviews on the site or more general feedback on resellerratings.com.

    *Note that this email address is to receive feedback for the contest only. You will not receive a response. If you email feedback to a different account you will not be entered into the contest.

    Nope. The reason for full mailing address is to help prevent fraud, that's all.

    I glance at a lot of sites, but I like WCS the best and it's where I spend my meager funds. I've made several purchases over the past year, and every one has been a positive experience. You're site is user-friendly, well-organized, and you stock merchandise that makes sense. I'm going to recommend a few products in my suggestion, but I think you're doing great.

    After a total failure by a seller on Amazon, I placed my order for a Merkur DE yesterday (plus a few other goodies) from WCS. Had a great experience last month when I was able to order a stone wear shaving bowl and figured I'd spend my money with WCS again. Looking forward to my new razor!

    Default Thanks WCS!

    Over the last six months, I've placed three orders with WCS. Originally, I chose them because of pricing and proximity. I also noticed the huge selection of products and that they were well reviewed here and on other boards.

    What started out as a "gamble" has become a jackpot! All three shipments have arrived earlier than I expected. They have all been correct, well packaged and all products have been "as advertised".

    West Coast Shaving has become my go-to source for all of my shaving needs. My "den" has fleshed out nicely and I'm converting my son. I have no doubt he'll become a loyal WCS customer as well.
    To John and the folks at WCS, please feel free to use this as a recommendation of the highest order. You've earned it!

    Now, if only you carried Rooney brushes...

    well the only feedback i can give,please improve in your communication.I recently ordered few things from you,smooth deal.but before that i had asked about a particular razor,and got a late reply.By that time i already bought it from somewhere else.
    Even now,i have asked something by using your contact mail,but that has not been answered.More then 24hrs have passed.

    Take it as a positive criticism,and just improve on that.Sometimes communication matter a lot,in earning the customer's loyalty.
    And yea its not a contest entry etc,its just what i felt like sharing.

    On the flip-side I have contacted letterk through here and got a quick response each and every-time. There is also a phone number available on the website and it has been picked u every-time I call.

    no i did not contact him here.I used the contact email mentioned at the site.As for phone,since i am overseas (india) ,not possible for me to ring him buddy,for all my communication i am depended on email.

    I'm sorry for the lack of reply. I just checked and you wrote us Friday afternoon right before we closed. We are not open on the weekends, so you will receive a response on Monday morning. Communication is extremely important to us. I see you were looking to purchase something not on the site from old stock. I will instruct Lili to send them with your next order for free.

    oh i never knew you were closed on weekends,otherwise i would waited till monday.

    please dont take this feedback in a wrong sense.As i said i already placed a order with you and was really happy you shipped it fast ,though it will reach me this week since i use a shipping agency to get items from US (i am from india).But you were prompt in shipping it to my US address,and i appreciate it.

    Just pointed this communication thing,because as i said i ended up placing a R41 order from a different site,which i would have bought from you only.
    I dont know about others,but i am a impulsive and impatient buyer and very moody too.Since this has become a sort of passion for me (wet shaving) and i am pretty new,so all these creams,razors etc makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop.And i am always eager to get things once i decide what i want.So thats why if a seller does not send me a response fast,i wait a bit and try some other seller.
    Though i always want to have some regular sellers ,since that would also be a peace of mind for me ,both will share a mutual trust and understanding.
    And thanks a lot for the free samples offer,yea i got a mail confirmation also from your end regarding that,will surely order soon in future .Not because of this free samples ,but because you are really famous around here,and i trust the opinions of the members of this awesome place.

    I ordered a Simpson Rover last week anticipating delivery yesterday or today. On Saturday, the day of my daughter's wedding, I come home from the reception to find a Rover on my porch. A perfect end to a perfect day.

    I'd like to say we knew that would happen in advance, but we were just lucky. Congratulations! (On the wedding, not the brush.)

    Not yet. It's been a crazy week here with a software change. The dust is settling so I'll try to get to the contest in the next couple days.
