You can't. You MAY get lucky and find a copy on Ebay. That is where I got mine. There was a copy that sold last week for $80 on Ebay, but that was only the 2nd time I saw one in over a year.

The author himself now sells it on eBay in PDF format on a CD-Rom. But I must say it's rather useless, the way he did it. It's just page scans, not actual PDF usefulness where you can type in a search term and the PDF software run a search and find it. So unless you know what you're looking for and where it is in the book or have the whole book memorized, it's a pain in the... to use.

I'd have to agree with this.

I was disappointed that it was page scans and it was not in color.

The substance is good, but some information is outdated and incorrect. I feel I got my money worth out of buying it from the author though.

The original printing of the book is in black and white.

I picked this book up at an antique fair last month.

Before that I went down to me local library and requested to get a copy through the inter library loan system. They found a copy and I was able to read a copy before I went out hunting for one.

When B&B bans a member they must have a good reason. There 1000,s of post o why they are a banned member, mainly due to bad sales and service experience by our members alike
