Rise Aftershave, Risen again?

Anybody ever heard of "Rise" aftershave? It says its new, then it says its been around since the 50's.
I was reading some of the threads yesterday about some of the unexpected places you can find shaving gear. So I went looking at Big Lots, and that's where I found this stuff. A 2oz tube was 60 cents, smells like baby powder, feels like a light cream.

I have some Rise blue sea looks like AV but is not,a pleasant mild scent I picked it up years ago and it got pushed to the back of the closet and was rediscovered after moving.They also made a green version that an uncle of mine has on a shelf....and it smells nothing like Skin Bracer.
I have not seen the product you are talking about but I'll check my local Big Lots .Rise products are usually good low cost effective products.Their babyface shaving cream has baby oil and I think lanolin and is pretty good for canned foam.
