What's new

Found this brush at an antique store...Hidden Treasure or not?

Someone tell me if this thing is worth buying. I'm not too interested in it, but if its some old classic brush I would buy it and put it up in the shave mall so someone who wants it can have it. On the bottom where the ink is faded out it said made in USA so I thought that was cool. Let me know!

+1, if it is not cracked or chipped they make a nice restore and polish up nice. Fives bucks would be the upper limit as is.

So someone would want it? I'm not looking to make a huge profit. Just thought it would be cool to pass it on to someone who is interested in it.
That's an Ever Ready.
And if the condition is OK, then that's also a good restoration candidate.

Very common brush. My grandfather had one, I used it for awhile, but it ended up falling apart.

IMHO not the greatest brush around.

No matter what it was fun to get out and find it.

Like what has been said it would make a fun project to restore, at least a new knot.
