    Default Whoa- Ogallala

I usually use Witch Hazel/Skin Food to finish shave. Tried some Lime and Peppercorns today for first time. Yikes. Felt like I set my face on fire. My lips went numb. What's in this?

I don't use conventional AS often. Do regular users of AS generally apply Witch Hazel first, then AS?

I may have more sensitive skin than many, but this was painful.

Did you shake the bottle well, before applying? Ogallala is particularly pungent stuff.

D'oh! Didn't shake it. Saw that in a thread before I bought it too.

    LMAO. That hurt!

SHAKE IT. Also, a cool water rinse is best before applying this (or any alky-splash, really).

Oh yeah...always do the cool water rinse.

Just shook it up and tried a bit. That works. It must settle into something horrific if you don't shake it up.

If you haven't ever tried it without shaking up....DON'T.

Shaking is absolutely necessary with all of their AS formulations, not just the Peppercorn and Limes.

Ogallala can put the hurt on you even when you DO shake it. The stuff is a firebomb. I love it, though. The Limes and Peppercorns is a wonderful scent.

LOL...it does this to me even if I do shake it up prior to use. I thought it was the Ogallala, but even Dominica does it to me, but now I love it...lol. Call me a glutton for punishment, but burn baby burn ;-)
