Is that true? I was thinking about letting mine go as I'm not certain its a keeper. If it's really out of production, perhaps I should hang on to it.
Does anyone have facts about its production status?

That's the word on the street, I think confirmed by ItalianBarber/RazoRock. I would hang on to it.

OK. The hoarder in me has made a decision. I'll keep it.
I likely won't use it very quickly. Can I freeze it or is that a bad idea?

Most soaps are find at room temperature, but this is a soft soap so? Do you have the original box? Does it have any expiration date on it? Hopefully the worse that will happen is it will harden.

Just store in its original packaging, in an air tight container, away from sunlight. It'll be fine for years!
I have heard it has been discontinued as well, but it is not that hard to find...yet
Wonder what the reason for discontinuing it was/is?

Oh! Boy I'm glad Henery Ford didn't chose that route. Or Jonas Salk for that matter.
Well, seems I have to try it then before it disappears. If I like it, i'll work up a nice stockpile. Or build a man-fortress in the living room out of them neat bricks. In which I shave, smoke cigars, drink beer and have cartoon marathons with the volume turned up to 11.

There's always Cella ...
There are a number of really good soaps and soap-makers that are "coming up" in the world these days.
Cella and Proraso are old stand-bys.
The Vitos line is quite good and reasonably priced as is J.M Frasers. The Italian Barber's RAZOROCK line is a superb performer with a rapidly expanding line of scents and options.
While P. 160 was a very good soap, the shaving community is blessed with numerous other choices as good or better.
I understand that everyone has their favorite and their individual opinions but there are plenty of alternatives besides.... an electric razor!![]()
