Did anyone else get in last night? I'm loving it. The circles afford a great privacy, and allow for groups to be created easily and different messages sent to different groups of people. Already getting a wetshaving circle going.

If anyone wants an invite, I think I can get one sent out to you. It's worked for a few people this afternoon.

Thanks for the invite. My wife wanted me to explain why it's better than Facebook at this point. I can easily see Circles being my favorite feature. Don't want work friends to hear my rant about them? Don't let them see my update!

Thanks for the tip-off ... this is the first I had heard of it.

I took the tour and it looks like it has a lot of potential. I'm not exactly sure what I would use it for, but it seems like something I don't want to be without.

That would be promising! Or to let your buddies know how bored at work you are with out your boss seeing! lol

You can block certain people from viewing certain things on facebook, just fyi.

If you guys haven't already, send me a PM with your email. I'll drop the invites out as soon as I get back home from work.

Edit: any emails I've gotten have been invited. Google shut down normal invites, but there's a workaround that I've been using that's been working. Let me know when you guys get it (or if you don't!)

Google+ is not accepting any more invites at this time, as they have reached capacity or their initial launch.

Add your email to their waiting list, and they will notify you when more people can be let in.

Yes, that is what I got last night, when I tried to get in on my own, and the same result by following the link in your invite.

I've seen delays like this whenever Google launches a new project ... it shouldn't take more than a few days before invitations are being accepted again, and then a couple of months before it is opened up to the general public to join themselves.

BTW ... does it matter if you use ANY address? I signed up with my Gmail account, which I rarely use, but I'm wondering if they'd extend equal priorities to someone coming in from Hotmail or Yahoo or some other domain?

Google+ is linked to your google account, so I'm guessing it does matter.

But then again, I have no idea what I'm talking about

Saw a writeup about it today, looks pretty interesting and the interface looks very clean. Hopefully they'll send out more invites soon. Anyone who got in and is using it can you post your thoughts after spending some time with it?

It seems google has stopped that workaround I was using. Keep
Sending me your emails if you'd like an invite whenever they open it up again.

I love it so far. All the best features of FB and Twitter. Clean interface, linked to Google accounts. Loving it.
