Default Gifts & Care - Spain

Does anyone have any information about Giftsandcare.com in Spain.

I just today received a "Professional Brush Nº2 BLACK HORSE HAIR EXTRA 4212" in today's mail (review to follow).

They shipped super fast, but before the brush arrived today, I checked their web site and it seems to have disappeared

Despite some translation issues with their web site, their service was top notch.

don't panic ! since giftsandcare.com has been reviewed positively so many times here ,I am sure business is good and juan is revamping his online menu....ps...I have the same brush, one black, one brown...great traditional barber brushes...the dye on the black knot will wash out,as will the faint scent....these are really nice brushes...

    Thanks for your responses.

I heard back from Juan from Gifts and Care:

..Yes, our site is down temporary. We’re launching a new web site and moving to a new server. All those changes together are creating more trouble than expected. I hope everything is fixed soon.
He mentioned, that I was on the extremely fast side of the range of time involved in international shipping. Every once in awhile, I get lucky.

The brush is beautiful and is perhaps the heaviest brush in the stable. I hope to be able to whip my first lather later this evening.

Juan seems to be a good guy and I wish him well. I've done a test lather on the brush to help wash out some of the horsey smell, certainly more pungent than my boars or badgers. Based on the test lathers, this is going to be a fun brush to use.

Regarding the logo, the photo I posted is a bit overexposed, so it looks even better in real life. I did notice a little bit of the dye coming off in my test lather, but not enough to prevent me from seeing how it felt on my face:)

Gift & Care is a great vendor. I hope their website is on and running muy pronto. The professional barber brushes are great.

I've been exchanging emails with Juan. The site is back up on a new server (which is much faster), but the upgrades to the site are still in process.
