    Sweet Brush, Greg

If they would offer it in a 30mm I'd be interested! But alas, Semogue is hugeiphobic

    Cheers,

    Ken

(edit - oh, by the way, to your title, a 30mm is inbound from Lee)

Wow, that knot looks even shorter than mine!

What did you have it set at?

I can tell you, if you like a scrubby 2 band Simpsons, you're gonna love this knot!

    Well done!

24 mm is right in my sweetspot! Someday I'll have to try a 30 mm.

Lee as in Lee Sabini? I'm getting myself one of his masterpieces for my birthday (if I can wait that long).

I just received a SOC 2 band in the mail, I will be giving it its first lather this afternoon. It is a gorgeous brush. And the largest I own as of yet. 20-22mm seem to be my sweet spot but I am excited to try out something a little bigger.

As far as brushes I am waiting on, I am waiting on a 2009 Kent B&B LE to arrive that I got in a trade.

Upon its arrival I will have a brush from the following big brands: Simpson, Shavemac, Rooney, Semogue, and Kent... what other brands do I need to complete my collection?

    Very nice!

I'm really loving all of my TGN 2 bands, when I think of the performance/cost ratio they seem untouchable to me.

There are some wonderful brushes in this thread, Gentlemen and I'm looking forward to seeing more photos and reading some reports when they hit the deck. I am surprised/pleased/proud/disappointed to report that I am not awaiting a brush delivery. I have been lucky enough to receive 4 new brushes in the past 2 weeks, but there is nothing incoming.

I guess at some point you do need to slow down and become familiar with the ones you already have.

I'm awaiting more Lee Sabini one offs; currently i''m considering the brushes Lee is making as being the best brushes on the market, together with Simpsons made by Vulfix. Taking price-quality ratio into account Lee's brushes are standing lonely at the top. They are truly addictive....and keep in mind they're in fact all custom made/bespoke...
So downsizing and upsizing at the same time makes my current number more or less stable...

Some guys KNOW they like smaller brushes. I'm the opposite. If you're just curious, have Rudy make you a 30mm Finest. One of the nicest brushes I own.

I'm currently patiently awaiting the arrival of a Morris & Forndran 'Emilion' 22/46 in blond badger from Lee Sabini. Just wish Australia was closer to the UK!
