Frankenrazor or not ?

Not my normal criteria, but so cheap I had to rescue it

Now I know I've seen this sort of handle before but can't remember where.

Gillette - Made in England.

Is this a frankenrazor with a Gillette head or a fully Gillette razor ??

That actually makes more sense, as mine doesn't have the lines around the handle like the two I quoted. I also believe that the #26 might have been Australia ( from somewhere or something I've read sometime.... ..... )

I have not had the pleasure of visiting Australia, but from what I gather, it’s a probably got more than a few addresses…….too much guess work for me.

Oh well, some things are just not meant to be….
