    Default Aqua Velva in the glass bottle

    I ran across a half-dozen of these in a nearby grocery store for 3.99 a piece. Should I buy them up? I know glass bottles trump plastic bottles by default, but is there a formulation difference between these and the newer ones in the plastic bottles?

    Juice is the same. You might want to grab one or two if you don't have any glass already. Otherwise, just leave them in the wild.

    My glass bottle is getting low so I grabbed a plastic one from Dollar General, and I believe the plastic bottle version smells stronger than the glass.

    I've noticed no difference in scent. Pick up the glass so you have something to decant the plstic into.

    You could buy them up and sell them at cost + shipping on BST.. give some of the newer folks a chance to have a "real" bottle. I for one would like to have a glass AV Musk bottle!

    Save the bottles for Pinaud decants.

    I have a "vintage" AV glass bottle from the 1980s and I love it, really has a great label and is very heavy glass too. It was not expensive and I have to tell you, once you have the glass you will not even think about why you bought it. Get the rest and use them for your other favorites that do not have glass bottle options like Pinaud as mentioned above. Buy it and PM me, I will buy one from you for sure.

    Okay, I bit the bullet. There were four of them and I bought them all. I have another one that's filled up with DG branded AV. I dropped it in my to-be-piffed box for a lucky future recipient.

    I just saw an AV commercial on TV, and it was for the glass bottle. Weird, I wonder if they are using an old bottle in the commercial or if not all the versions out there are plastic
