Default ITALY, SOTD "themed week" June 6th - June 12th 2011

This week is dedicated to Italy. We want to see your Italian shaving stuff: soaps, creams, brushes, aftershaves, colognes, blades and whatever else you desire to put in your stunning photographic creations! Therefore, the sole rule to follow is to add at least one shaving item in your pics that has been manufactured in the "Bel Paese" (traditional way of indicating my country that means "Wonderful Land"). VIVA L'ITALIA!

Does Arlington count as Italian? Well, it smells a little bit like Italy...

    Good morning.

Today I thought I should try SE shaving for the first time.
Sadly, by accident, no Italian products in today's lineup.

Ever Ready & Gem > New Forest > Top Secret > [IK balm] > [Floris No. 89 EdT]

Well, yes, the shave is very very close as well as effortless. But I did get some irritation in the neck. Perhaps I applied too much pressure.
The blade sat flat but not even, on one side the edge remained more inwards. I suspect it has to do with this particular razor.
The Portuguese shave cream smells very nice and once you get the correct lather, properly hydrated, then it's fantastic.
