Paco de Lucia and Jan Akkerman jammed together, I did not know this.

I'm very glad someone pointed me in the direction of it.

Paco comes off the better in my opinion, but then we could reanimate Jimi, sit him beside Paco and I still think I'd be of the opinion Paco wiped the floor with him.

A CD that came with a music magazine, Straight to You - The music that inspired Nick Cave. Damn, there is some great stuff on there.

You have my attention with the comparison to Hendrix, although I am skeptical.

Can you imagine what Hendrix would have been like--what is it, 40 years on now--if he had not died at the age of 27?

Hendrix with another 40yrs practice? who knows.

I do remember seeing Buddy Guy at Glastonbury a few years ago and thinking I might have caught a glimpse of what that sort of thing might be like:

always liked this one- the guitar always sounded suggestive, or maybe provocative is the right word, to me:

Default The Hog of the Forsaken

I've enjoyed the first season of Deadwood. Without a doubt this show has the most profane dialog. I 'spose that's what you'd expect from the company of nere-do-wells, carpetbaggers, scallywags, bullwhackers, miners and the rapers of land and women. Looking forward to watching season two.

Funny video - music is not my style (more of a classical music kinda guy), but makes me happy.
