You know it...a lot of those LZ and early R&R blues music is ripped off from the true bluesmen.
If you want to listen to some kick your butt blues...check out these CD's. Doesn't get any better for me.

I guess I will have to download some Cake. Recommend one.
Check them out on YT first...they aren't for everyone. Mix of horns, trumpets, funk and throw in a few whacky remakes.
My wife puts up with almost all my music, but they are one band she actually ENJOYS and listens to on her own as well.
