Over the last few days I've listened to all 5 of Beethoven's piano concerto's. You can hear the composers skill increasing with each one. The early concertos are youthful and rambunctious while the 4th and 5th are exquisitely ornate, intricate and just brilliant IMO.
Being in the mood for concertos I have ordered a box set of Mozart's work. 27 piano concertos in all. That's gonna take more than a few days to get through and more than my lifetime to fully appreciate. I'll do my best.

23 year-old Brit, James Blake, covering Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You." I already prefer it to the original.

(Shaving bonus: Rebecca Hall shaving her legs at 1:16, albeit with a cart.)

It's not so apparent on this track, but this guy has an amazing voice and a great soul/R&B sensibility. His first album is a bit experimental and electronica-focused, but if he gets the right producer he could make something incredible.
