Got totally hooked on Adele! I love women vocalists that have a raspiness and edge to their voice. Perhaps why I'm a Janis Joplin fan too...

I have a question for you guitar guys out there. George Harrison is known for playing Rickenbackers, and later, Stratocasters. This song (what goes on) sounds like he is playing a Telecaster. Am I right?

Did you ever get an answer to this one? Sure sounds straight out of Bakersfield to me. Supposedly highly influenced by Carl Perkins, but I do not think of CP as playing a Tele or sounding like this, but I could be wrong.

Sex Pistols, yeah! "I want to be, Anarchy"!

I have been listening to Fred Neil "Handful of Gimme" and Cousin Joe Pleasant "Beggin' Woman."
You waltz in here
With a handful of gimme
A mouthful of much obliged
I go home feeling empty
From all you signify

No, but it sure sounds like a Tele to me- definitely not a Ricky. If it isn't a Fender I will go on a sabbatical. Who am I kidding? I will change that to "be greatly surprised"

on edit: found this, but as with anything wikipedia, I take it with a grain of salt:

I love the 1:45 spot- sounds like the solo is dying out, then he kicks it back up. Great bass lines in this song, too.
