    Default WTB:Barbicide

    I would like to by Barbicide Plus to use on a few razors bought on ebay. I tried buying it online but there are so many places with different prices for the same 16oz bottle. Can anyone point me to a good deal on this? Thanks

    Did you try a local beauty supply store? That's where I found mine.

    Yep! I decided to go with Clippercide, a product that Joe Lerch recommended. You spray it on the blade, let rest and then wipe it off. And it helps in keeping the pivot lubricated.

    Got mine at Sally Beauty too. Marv-i-cide was on sale and is the same stuff.
    I think my 16 oz bottle lists for $15-ish.

    Just make sure to let it sit wet on the razor for 10 minutes before drying for proper disinfecting.

    The Sally supply near me had the 16 oz for $6 when I went to get some last week. A little goes a long way.
