    Default The shoe shine

    Just finished shining a couple pair of shoes. Very satisfying.

    It amazes me how many times I see a well dressed gentleman, especially with a suit, and look down to see scuffed or dirty shoes. It doesn't take much time, effort, or expense, and tells people that you pay attention to detail.

    Well I'm a slob but if I'm going some place where I'm wearing my tux (or any other excuse to wear my Allen Edmunds's) I'm going to shine my shoes.

    If you're going to go there, why just go halfway?
