a few weeks into DE shaving

I've been shaving with a fat handled tech, Merkur Blades, Mama Bears Dublin Tweed soap, and Nivea ASB. I must say that the first few shaves did somewhat scare me but I was able to get a SAS with only a few nicks. As time went by and I somewhat got a technique down, I have been able to get mostly DFS with usually no nicks.

This site has helped a lot with questions that come up. Also, with the tutorials on simple things that I had troubles with when I started. I am glad that I came across this site and all the wonderful people who contribute to the knowledge of newbies like me.

I have wanted to expand my collection. So, I just ordered some samples and I can't wait for them to arrive.
