I'm so glad to be back home with my travel kit put away and my shave den open for business once again! Going with a rose theme was a great call and adding the slight swerves of the Proraso A/S and Neroli really added positively to the experience! Smooth smooth smooth!

My brush ran away and hid.

First time with a GEM and GEM blade. Not quite BBS, but more from fear of the implement than it's fault. I have no idea what type or year. I could not find any info on the razor itself and was not able to find it on the 'net.

Sort of felt like I was scraping my face with a window scraper.
Maybe a better blade?

Are you using her shea or goat's milk soap? I found the goat's milk to be a little bit less slick while the shea was ice smooth!

Olive Oil soap. I knew she made Shea Butter soaps (I got a couple for the wife to try) but wasn't aware of the Goat's Milk. I think I have issues with Shea Butter.

I just can't stop using the speick AS and the QED ASB...The QED balm smells so great and while it might feel greasy at first, it sinks in quickly and leaves the face feeling so nice. Avocado, as usual, shaved very well. SWMBO, however, said the scent of the avocado reminded her of public bathrooms. I couldn't disagree more...but it did sort of put a damper on my avocado party.

The Slant is quickly becoming my favorite razor. This razor gives me a great shave as long as I take my time and pay attention.
My first time using a Plisson brush. I have a Plisson HMW #12 but have yet to use it. The Black #10 is really neat...beautiful and very nice to use.
