What a fabulous end to the "Vintage" week!
So many great photos, too many to quote them all![]()
Nice
Keith,
Beautiful vintage creation my friend
Well done Michael. Da FAT rules
I love the bloom on your M&F brush. Mine is not as pronounced and I have been using it for some time. Great shot too
A beautiful shave
Rune,
This has got to be: (1) a great shave, but also, (2) the BEST vintage shot so far. I would like to see this make it into the finals. Well done maestro
Beautiful setup Søren
Hola Luis,
Fabulosa foto de mi amigo (sorry about my Spanish)

Awesome shave David. I take it that you really like the GFT Rose
? That is one great soap too.
A beautifully executed shave. Well done(but: I am seeing double with 2 same posts?
)
Great shot Søren...nice way to commemorate and celebrate your constitution day. Congratulations to all our Danish members
. Enjoy the day.
Luis,
This is creme of the crop. Fantastic shot and shave. All your pictures have personality. They're not just flat images
Cheers,
Robert
Very nice razor José. Love the decorated spine. Amazing
Beautiful shot(s) Emanuel
Fabulous shave (and vintage shot) Keith. Cyril Salter cremes are really top notch. The Mint is the one I don't have (yet)
Very nice shave
Oscar,
(1) A very invigorating shave
(2) Congratulations on breaking the "Sunday" Mold
(3) Good tip
I love this shave Rui. Fabulous photos too

Niiiiiiice
Oooooooh Yeaaaaaaah
Love that ERN Rune
Excellent setup
That's a beautiful W&B
Bill,
I always enjoy your SOTDs...They reflect your shave plus a little more. Well done my friend and a very nice bench. I am sure your wife is on cloud 9 using it
.
Dorko + MdC = Divine shave. Excellent choice Jorge and a very very nice photo
Josh,
That Thäter rocks. I love mine too
Cheers,
Robert
Thank you David. As for the Manantiales line, they smell very different from the soap and from each other for that matter. The AS is a different beast altogether. I do prefer the EdC scent to the AS (just by a slight notch). But, all 3 are top notch and complementary. I love this line of scents

Thank you David, and a fine shave it was too
Thank you very much Robert, I am truly flattered
And yes, it was a great shave!
Thanks, it's fabulous shaver, hadn't used it for a long time, needed some new scales and a touch up, today I decided I had to get it back in business and took the scales I originally had made for a Henckel I never get around to hone, and gave it a short session on the La Grise, the result was one of the best shaves ever!

Thanks Robert. I'm sure you'll rectify that at some stage. I much prefer the Mint over the Sublime Citrus I have so the next cream I order will probably be the Cyril Salter Essential Lime but thats a long time down the road due to the amount of creams and soaps I have.
I wasn't a great fan of Marco's idea of 'themed' SOTD's - well mainly the confusion their introduction seemed to create - but now I'm liking the idea. I'm sure there will be weeks when I don't have themed shots, at least this week has made me learn somewhat how to use photoshop![]()

Thanks, Robert.
Robert, as always your pics, razors and comments are so well chosen...Thanks for the kind compliments

Keith,
You're not helping my SCAD. I will now have to give that a shot (one of these days). Thanks
I like Marco's division of SOTD and theme shots. A great idea for sure, but I am still trying to get used to navigating to two threads (checking one and commenting in another). I find it takes me more time (which is precious these days). I like themed SOTDs too, but I hope we have them once a month rather than every week. It makes them more precious too.
My pleasure. it should be me thanking you
Great stuff indeed. Enjoy the soap
Thank you José. You are a true gentleman and it's a privilege to call you a friend![]()
Cheers,
Robert
