Shaved at the gym today, and forgot to put my AS in the bag!
My shave felt only halfway done....sure, I'm as BBS as can be, but no splash= not finished.

My shave felt only halfway done....sure, I'm as BBS as can be, but no splash= not finished.
I feel your pain. I don't consider the shave to be finished until the AS has been applied, either. But look at it this way -- you can lather up again when you get home, NOT shave, then apply AS. You'll feel much better.
I just got back from camping for 3 days. I told the wife I would leave the AS at home since I wasn't going to be shaving while we camped...
Then we might have found a little antiques store on the way
. 2 SS's and a 48-50 Aristocrat... And a unopened NOS pack of 70s Gillette Thins thrown in!
Well needless to say after cleaning razors in camp I shaved and shaved her legs too but with no aftershave it felt very unfinished!
