    Default Smelling Good at Bedtime

For no particular reason or purpose, I like to splash on aftershave before bed, especially after taking a shower. There's no one to impress. I just do it for me. Anyone else do this or am I just a total weirdo ?

Also, for those potential other freaks out there, what's your preferred bedtime scent?

I'm shaving at night these days, so it's aftershave every night for me. Usually hair tonic and sometimes talc also. A full grooming, a late supper, then bed. In the morning, a quick rinse in the shower, some fresh scent, and off to work.

I rotate them all at night, but favorites are sweet (Clubman, Wild Country), spiced (Old Spice, Spicy, Seaforth), and bay rums (Master, Ogallala, Pinaud). I tend to save bright and metholated scents for daytime.

I always shower and shave at night, but i quick like the idea of a quick shower and fresh scent in the morning....might get up 5-10 mins early and try that one out!

It's not crazy - I sometimes (if I've had a shocking day or if I've put fresh sheets on the bed) use lavender linen water on my sheets and pillows before bed.

Like you said, it's not to impress anyone, it's to treat yourself a little better than your day has

I spray a little WH with added mentol. The smell freshens the senses, clears the mind.

You're no crazier than I because I do it all the time. It's sort of like aromatherapy for me.

4711, Florida Water, Aqua Lavanda Puig Splash, Superior 70, just to name a few. Really just whatever strikes my fancy.

    2AM and I am wearing 4711...

No. You're not. Because if I said you were, by default, I would be crazy as well. Maybe I am crazier still though as I don't mind using some cologne often before I go to sleep.

Oh, yeah, me too. We have three kids 5 and under so the mornings are crazy enough. I shower and shave at night anyway. But I only shave every other night, so on the other nights I like to wear something meditative and relaxing, like an incense, sandalwood, or amber scent. Really helps calm me and puts a nice finish to the end of the day whether I need it or not.

My husband always wears one of my favorite scents to bed.

I am wondering now if he still does? He is only home on weekends. Does he do this at his other house????
