Default FT: W.H. Morley Straight for DE

    Trade Completed

I have a W.H> Morley and Sons straight razor for trade. It says "Clover Brand German" on the tang. It is not shave ready. It will need to be honed but the edge is in pretty good shape. There is some water staining and the pin is a little loose. The scales are straight and the blade centers nicely. There is some very light corrosion on the top and bottom of the tang right at the pin. The corrosion should be easily removed with some light sanding and polishing.

I'd like to get a DE in trade for this. I'm fairly open as to what I'm looking for so PM me with offers. There two things I do not want however. I do not want any flare tip Super Speeds. If you have a early non-flare tip SS I might be interested. Also, I'd rather not have a slant. Other wise I'll consider a newer or older razor. Merkur 34C, any Edwin Jagger, Open Comb Gillettes, what do you have that you would like to trade? I'd just like another nice shaver to back up my EJ DE89L.

PM me with offers. What do you have? Let me know.

Is that a pit, crack, or optical illusion on the point? And do you think it will effect the blade?

It's not a crack or a pit. It's a dark mark of some kind. I can't even feel it with my fingernail. It's right where the scales rest on it when it's closed.
