What Ever-Ready SE Did I Just Snag?

I have no idea, it just looked old and cool, and I've wanted an old SE for a while. Any help would be great!

Looks like a lather catcher to me.

I've seen it referred to as the E-R Lather Catcher, not sure what the official model name/number was. It's similar to the Gem Junior Bar, without the bar.

Yes if it is in serviceable condition.

According to Waits Compendium (sometimes I can't make sense of it) looks like maybe '1912-1914 model?

Looks like a good price to me. The plating's a little brassed in places, but it seems to be in decent order from the pictures. As best I can tell the blade stops don't look like either one's too worn, so you should be able to get good use out of it. I would've guessed it would go somewhere in the low to mid $20s. Now, if it had had a wooden handle...

On edit: I see plenty of Gems that look like this, but very few ERs.
